61The oath to serve and protect is not being upheld here...
Today is my baby boy's eighth birthday. I will not be allowed to see him...Although I broke it off with his father in 2004, I am still not allowed peace from his controlling and cruel behavior. Since he can no longer harm me directly, he maintains control indirectly by using our children to continue to hurt me.
Although I am very active in my fight to gain some financial stability and put the shattered pieces of my life back together, I am not financially able to fight within the justice system. For a number of reasons, I shouldn't have to.
It's horrifying that battered and otherwise abused women and children in Accomack County, Virginia are not stood up for by the system oathed to maintain peace. This man has not only done horrible things to myself and my daughter but has also committed numerous counts of arsen as well as breaking into a police officer's house, and has gotten off scott free!!!
Still, I cannot see my children...I carried them for 9 months, changed all of their diapers, wiped all of their little noses. He did NOTHING for these children until I left him after he shot a .22 pistol off at me and set our own home on fire.
Who should really have these children in their care???

Yes, it is...The only thing that it has shown me it's good for is harassing the good people. Crackheads, murderers, rapists, are all out there running loose and these morons are too busy raiding marijuana smoking peacekeepers to pay any attention to the real problems in our world. WAKE UP WORLD!!! They are NOT on our side!!! Thank you, Hotspur ;) This is a highly emotional time for me. Happy 2010!!! :)
It,wouldn't surprise me if those who work in the police department and or in the judicial system are "masons"protecting a member mason ,and no matter what their fellow members do,short of treason or murder,they will do everything they can to protect them.The KKK is one such organization.
As well as everything they can to sabotage the lives of those they may think are working against them...Very good point someonewhoknows :) This may just be the explanation I was seeking.
I am so sorry you are going through this. It is very disturbing the things that go on in this land. It is very disturbing that there are so few good stories about social services and the justice system. I truly hope that you find the answers and solutions you are looking for. I hope and pray that your children find safety.

I have 0 respect for folks that use children in this manner. My favorite thing in life is being a father. Peace!!
The follow-up to this story can be found under "A Day in the Life of a Single Mother". He is still using the children even though they are now here with me. Somehow people like this are above the law. No matter what they do, they get out of trouble with very little consequence. The system in my area allows this type of behavior. Restraining orders hold no weight, stealing a car and crushing it for cash isn't considered a crime and breaking into other people's homes is okay. the law sucks.my children have to live with gradparents.a judge thinks im unfit because,lack of job,edcucation,money as well other things.
All the police want to do is traffic patrol and drug war anymore...It's ridiculous!!! Do you at least get visitation, dracaslair??? I sure hope so. I have been there, too. I'm sorry you're going through all this mess :(
